# An internal error has occurred. ?:0: attempt to index a nil value

Try downloading and installing the [v3.1 beta download on the v3.1 announcement page](https://forums.negativelabpro.com/t/negative-lab-pro-v3-1-new-color-processing-support-for-slide-film-improved-batch-editing-and-more/8492).

That update should be _dramatically_ improve this for Mac Intel users (or eliminate all together depending on your system). Also, even if an image in a batch does fail, it will fail way more gracefully.
