# Negative lab pro not functionning on lightroom classic v13.0.1

Hello, I recently updated lightroom classic to v13.0.1, with the latest version of NLP on Windows. When I hit “convert” a message appears saying -I’m french so I don’t know if the translation is exact- " Some masks templates are downloading. Please try again later" with a loading bar at 0% that doesn’t move.  
I still have the edit window open like it worked but my photo is still a negative. I didn’t find anything about that message online, can you help me please ?
