You are definitely looking for some high class equipement. Here are my thoughts on things… Camera: Fuji GFX 100s Great choice. Using a GFX50 myself. The 50 will outresolve the negatives already, so basically it depends on how big you want to print later. If printing is not your thing, the GFX50 is the better choice for colour vs. the GFX100. Schneider APO 90mm f4.5 lens comparison

This thread is quite old, but I though it may still be useful to reply here The lenses are the same, just different mounts. The Pro version is fixed mounted into Novoflex’s bellow adapter, so you cannot remove it (I own that one too) while the Flex version requires the screw mount plate to be attached to the bellow system. The SK APO 90mm lens is great, while not specifically made for 1:1 repro, it still performs well on that scale (stopped down to f/7.1 - f/8). Though I’d advic…

EDIT:
Stay away from dedicated scanner lenses, such as the Nikon Coolscan lenses or Minolta DiMage lenses. While these are awesome pieces of glass, they are a PITA to work with due to their wide aperture of f/2.8 (Coolscan).
