Hello All -
Regarding Sony “Opcodes” … my understanding about this, is that Sony applies (at the time of capture) “Chromatic Abberation” adjustment to both JPEG and RAW files.
And I’m not sure if any additional “Lens Profiles/Corrections” are being applied as well.
My question is, if this is the case, am I able to override this somehow to see the “true” RAW image without any adjustments?
If anybody has experience with this and could shed some light on this, I’d truly appreciate it.
The camera I will using is a Sony A7R IV with Sony and other brand lenses.
