16bit B&W Tiff files

I have a bunch of around 250 // 16bit b&w tiffs [around 360MB each] scanned as negs that I’d like to convert with NLP in Lr v6.

Any suggestions for workflow settings in NLP?

Better to convert them to DNGs first?
