I’m a nearly brand new user. I installed NLP on my desktop and just now installed v 1.3.1 on my laptop. I entered the license key, but it is only allowing me 12 (total) conversions on v 1.3.1. The (older) desktop allowed me to use the key without issue.

The newest versions of Lightroom seem to be causing some issues with saving the serial. I’m seeing if there is a way to make this more stable, but in the meantime, you can follow the article above.

I installed the previous version of NLP with the key and then reinstalled the v 1.3. after it and it looks to be running without any trouble.
