Hi,
Just joined the forum looking for some answers and there’s a user I know has the same setup as me and had the same issues as me but is there a way for me message them directly?

Hi there, welcome to the forum. I’ve never tried it but if you click on the profile picture then there is the option to ‘Message’, no reason to believe that wouldn’t work.

Hey, thanks for the prompt response. Hmm when I click on the profile picture I can’t see any message button. Is it maybe because my account is too new?
