Missing v3 license

I’ve been trying to upgrade to v3 but am running into some problems. I only bought NLP a few months ago, so I think I should have received an email with a new license. I don’t see any such email. I tried looking it up on the new payment processor site with no luck.

I’ve sent you an email too, but I self-host my email server and sometimes other email providers incorrectly flag it as spam, so I thought I’d make a post here just to make sure I can get in contact with you :slight_smile:
