That’s unfortunate, I simply don’t know whether LuLa would restore the link if you approached them for it. I haven’t been following that site since I switched my association over to PhotoPXL.com several years ago. I think this article would be worth having open access so I shall see over the next several days whether I can post it for download from my own website. I’ll report back here on what I can do.
