Issue scanning with Epson V550

Hey everyone,

I’ve recently purchased an Epson V550 to do some home film-scanning.
I’ve come to find out that when I use the Epson Scan program, all of the negatives get scanned with a portion of the next negative. Stitching them back together in photoshop would really be a hassle. Has anyone encountered this? Is this a scanner issue or a setting issue?

First, do you have the correct film format selected in the options? If yes, then try unselecting the thumbnail option. Manually crop if you need to do so.
