I’ve just gotten a Nikon Super Coolscan 5000ED. I’ve scanned a roll with Vuescan as DNG files. When I import them into Lightroom, I’m unable to select an NLP profile for them. No NLP profiles appear in the Profile dropdown list, nor when selecting browse.
Everything continues to work fine with camera scans done with my X-T4.
I’m running NLP 3.0.2 with Lightroom Classic 12.4.
Same here with this scanner. Did you manage to solve this somehow?
No, I just went back to camera scanning and figured I’d revisit it later.
As of 2025 are there profiles for any of the Coolscans?
Hi there, this has been the only thing that’s worked for me after years of searching. And WHAT A DIFFERENCE it’s made using the proper profile. I went from thinking Negative Lab Pro was snake oil to actually for the first time seeing the potential of what they sell.
