Skies Always Come Out With Extremely High Contrast

I’m using NLP v2.3.0 with a Sony a7R IIIA / Sony FE 50mm f2.8 Macro and Negative Supply’s 95 CRI light table.

I initially noticed this problem when photos of the beach came out looking like a recolored 1930’s movie, but more recently it seems that any photo involving the sky come out with extreme color contrast.

I’m really just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same phenomenon and whether anyone knows what I can do to change to accommodate these types of photographs.
