Moved from Silverfast 9SE with Primefilm XAS to Vuescan with LS-5000 and need some help with figuring out scanning settings.

Are these still the recommended guidelines for scanning with Vuescan?
Essentially scan as Image, crop to film frame and lock exposure, (optional infrared dust removal), scan as RAW file set to 48bit RGB (not 64bit RGBi), and Raw DNG format.
Are these the optimum settings?
