After I purchased and paid, no email sent for license key

The automated system was working fine for me last week when I bought my license.
Are you trying to buy two licences on the same email address ? If so that might cause the automation to fail

It looks like this has already been resolved.

For reference, here are the most common reasons this happens:

  1. Wrong Email Address - this happens pretty frequently, so be sure you have put in the correct email address
  2. Uncaptured PayPal Payment - In some cases, the PayPal payment needs to manually be captured by the payment team. I’m not 100% sure why this is, but paying by credit card is generally less error prone.
  3. Email Goes to Spam - Just depending on your email settings, of course it can sometimes go to spam. If the payment has been successful, then you will see a screen in your web browser showing the payment was successful and linking to your details, like your license key

In theory, my payment provider (LemonSqueezy) should be the one to handle these issues, and you can reach them at hello@lemonsqueezy.com
