I’m writing this post because I have a problem concerning my negative lab pro license. I lost access to my old Email (elyas.nemrimernissi@gmail.com) after deleting it and creating a new Email address (the one I’m signed up in this forum with). Is there a way to change the email associated with my license key?
I can give any proof necessary, I have the plugin active on my Lightroom instance. I even have the original email saved on my hard disk.

I already tried. I don’t remember the password and I can’t change it because I don’t have access to the mail anymore.
I also tried contacting the company directly but they just replied with a premade response.
