My computer crashed a couple days ago and I had to get a new one. Redownloaded lightroom from the cloud but the plug in didn’t transfer obviously. Anyone know how to get it back without re buying?

You should still have your email receipt with the title “You got Negative Lab Pro” - there is a link in there to the latest download and your license number. Just follow the installation instructions to re-install, and then authorize it in Lightroom using your license number.
