NLP v 2.4.2

hi,
I would like to create my own film profiles.
Convert >> Edit >> save settings
The easiest way is, to save the settings and read them out again at any time.

I see that there is no way to save this as a profile in the NLP programme.
i can only read the current and last setting and reset
where are the settings saved ?
That way i could assign them myself.
