I feel that I’ve run into some issues through updating that old profiles are being read. I’d like to delete and uninstall all NLP related items in order to redownload and start fresh. Would anyone know if there is a simple way to go about this? Thanks

We sometimes get the notion that NLP is loading “old” profiles because the profile’s version numbers aren’t exactly the same as the plugin’s.
This is normal though. Profile version numbers document when the profiles were introduced, e.g. with NLP 2.3. NLP’s inner workings change from time to time and then, new profiles are required. NLP, whatever its version number might be, engages the fitting profile(s).
Other than that, if you want us to help you remove NLP, we need to know which kind of OS you use, Mac or Win.
