Hi, I recently just upgraded my laptop into a Macbook Pro and I decided to start scanning my films so I got Negative Lab Pro. I followed the instructions for download for Mac and everything worked just fine. I also recently got Lightroom Classic, the license worked just fine without any problem. The only detail is that once I open Lightroom and have my negative scan and prepared with the neutral tone and properly cropped, when I try to open Negative Lab Pro it just won’t open, I try it with the shortcut key and it didn’t work, I checked that the shortcut is working and it is but it doesn’t open it. I also try clicking on the option of negative lab pro without using the shortcut and nothing, this happen on trial mode and with the purchase of the license.
Hope anyone has any advice on my situation.
