Lightroom crashing when using Negative Lab Pro

I’ve had Negative Lab Pro v3.0.2 for quite some time, but have only finally started using it. I’m running Lightroom Classic 14.1.1 on an iMac with Sequoia 15.2, and every time I try to convert a few negs, or do roll analysis, Lightroom keeps crashing. I’m having to do all the conversions one at a time. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I haven’t done a detailed test on how many pictures I can covert without a crash, but it started today mid use. I get the error “Lightroom unexpectedly quit” but it does the convert. when I clear the crash and report prompt I can apply the changes and Lightroom Classic doesn’t actually crash. I’m using NLP 3.1.1 on LRC 15.1.1 on a Mac Studio M4 Max. I reset the preferences in Lightroom, reinstalled NLP, reactivated my account key… Help me Nate!!

After a few hours of testing I thought Vuescan somehow may have been tripping me up. I seemed to get the error while my Epson 4490 Photo plugged in through a USB hub was scanning to memory, not writing to disk. But, the error just quit. doesn’t matter if I convert a few or many with or without Vuescan scanning. So far it’s good, but im expecting it to reoccur randomly. Dunno :man_shrugging:

…and it is in fact acting up randomly. If I can provide any info or files to anyone smarter than I am with this issue to figure it out, just let me know. I guess I’ll just live with it for now.
