Wont allow me to convert a full roll at once

When opening Lightroom and converting a single image everything operates properly. If i try selecting a full roll to convert, the shortcut to open up negative lab wont open. Then after trying that it bugs out and doesn’t let me convert single images anymore until i restarted Lightroom. I’ve restarted my system and made sure and have the latest update of Lightroom classic (v13.5.1) and working with a Mac. Also using V3 negative lab pro. Is there a solution to this problem? I have to many rolls to convert one by one. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum @zackeryackerman

NegativeLab Pro and Lightroom 13.5 do seem to be slightly incompatible and other posts recommend to downgrade Lightroom to version 13.4. This has helped me so far.

You can download Lr Classic 13.4 from your Creative Cloud menu item.

Just downgrade and no luck still. Maybe ill try a even earlier vs of Lightroom.

Downgraded Lightroom Classic all they way down to 13.0, trying every vs inbetween. Vs 13.0 almost works, allows me to go through the process of converting a full roll, but then we it finishes is doesn’t actually convert all of them just a handful of them.

…the issue seems not to be caused by Lightroom then.

Is there any popup with an error message or does Lightroom just quit? Can you provide scren captures? Are you using an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac? Which version of macOS?

In the meantime, I’d revert to Lightroom 13.4 and re-install NLP.

I just converted 2 rolls of 120 B&W film on Monday with no issues. NLP V3 using LRC 13.4, I did down grade from 13.5.1 because of issues in batch processing in intel mac. My iMac 3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9.
I tested LRC 13.5.1 and NLP V3 on my MBP and Sequoia 15.0 and batch processing worked as intended.
Waiting to upgrade intel mac to sequoia to make sure all bugs are out. I use couple other programs that are running smooth.
