Issue with saving roll analysis

I’m having an issue with saving roll analysis’s in NLP. Essentially, when I try and do a roll analysis it appears to work at first, but when then closing out of NLP and entering back in it ‘resets’ the photo to pre-analysis and the analysis is nowhere to be found in the dropdown (see below).

There are rolls I’ve converted that seem to have a saved roll analysis and show a Roll ID in the metadata, but for any that I’m trying to do a new analysis for I’m unable to. For the ones that do have an analysis I’m also only able to see that 1 analysis in its dropdown.

I’m on an M4 Mac with MacOS 15.6.1. I was able to find in my / Users / { username} / Library / Application Support / Negative Lab Pro / that there is actually no Rolls subfolder, only presets (had a hard time finding this at first but was accidentally looking in my overall Library rather than user Library, in case anybody saw this post pre-edit).

I have the same issue and previously wrote asking for help, but without success :frowning: Hopefully there is someone out there with a solution? I have checked the permissions and it still isn’t saving correctly. Any advice would be appreciated :folded_hands: Thanks in advance!

Rolls are stored here on my Mac:

Users → {DIGITIZER) → Library → Application Support → Negative Lab Pro → Rolls → rolls.json

Each roll is (supposedly) stored in rolls.json, which looks like this in BBEdit:

Here, we see data of three rolls, the last of which is shown in more detail.

I was actually able to finally resolve this by changing the permissions on the Negative Lab Pro folder within Library / Application Support to below (specifically changing staff)

I made the same change for the Profiles folder within this and am finally able to save custom profiles as well
