I converted about 1.000 negatives using Negative Lab Pro 3.0.2 - in LrC the results look very good. For a few days now I’ve been using Lightroom Mobile to sync my photos from LrC to my iPhone. But the photos that were developed with Negative Lab Pro 3.0.2 are displayed with incorrect colors in Lightroom Mobile on the iPhone - either negative or much too dark. For these photos, the message appears in Lightroom Mobile on the iPhone that the “Negative Lab v2.3” profile is not available on this device.
Is there any way to integrate this profile into Lightroom Mobile?
Or maybe there is another solution to display these photos correctly in Lightroom Mobile?
I was able to solve the problem myself with a little research. First I had to install Lightroom Desktop on the MacBook in addition to Lightroom Classic. Using the File menu I was able to import all Negative Lab Pro presets and the Negative Lab Pro camera profiles relevant to me. Download and synchronization took a few minutes - then everything went as expected.
OK - I have to temper my initial euphoria a little. Some of the photos developed with Negative Lab Pro 3.0.2 still appear distorted or too dark in the preview in Lightroom Mobile. But after opening the photos, the colors are correct. I can live with that.
But in Lightroom for Apple TV, all of the photos developed with Negative Lab Pro 3.0.2 appear distorted or too dark in both the preview and the detailed view.
Is there a solution for this?
As far as I know it is not possible too do the same thing with LR Mobil as you could with the desktop version. So I’m not wondering that the pics look strange . If you export them as jpg and sync it with LR Mobile you will probably have no issues.
