All scans are completely red or light blue. They arent developed really at all. can someone please help?

Does it look exactly the same after converting as it did after initially opening up Negative Lab Pro?
It could just be that Lightroom isn’t rendering the updates.
You could try moving some of the sliders in NLP after converting, and see if it then appears converted.
You could also go to “Lightroom > Preferences > Performance” and turn off any graphics acceleration, and something that will fix it depending on your version.
