NLP is there, "active," but grayed out in the File Menu

Lightroom Classic 13.2
NLP 3.0

I’ve installed and uninstalled several times with this new version. The older one worked great, but this one is not recognized by Lightroom Classic. It’s there in the Plug-in list, but it’s grayed out.
I don’t know what to do.
Maybe someone smarter than me can tell me what to do.
Thanks,
Bill

If it looks like shown below, things are as they should be. The grey text is a title only.
Click on one of the items below the title - and NLP should open. If all lines are greyed out let us know and add a screenshot of how it looks on your computer.

The whole section under your arrow is grayed out, but the Plug-in Manager says NLP is installed and active.

I never had this trouble with version 2.

Thanks for your reply.

In your case, you might want to ask @nate for some help.

Make sure you have at least one photo selected. When no photos are selected, the whole section will be greyed out, as a photo selection is required.
