No plugin option for Lightroom?

To install NLP, instructions say open Lightroom, go to File → install plugins but my Lightroom File menu doesn’t have the option. Not greyed out, not there at all. Am I missing something?

Opened Lightroom instead of Lightroom Classic, problem solved
