Newbie question... Where is NLP?

I’m new to both Lightroom and Negative Lab Pro. I’ve always just used ACR.

I downloaded and installed NLP, but I don’t see it in Lightroom File>Plug-Ins.

Where is it?

Welcome to the forum @fuzzy

Lightroom needs to be restarted when the installation of NLP has finished.
After the restart, the NLP plugins should show in Lightroom’s module manager.

What’s your computer? Mac or Win?

Windows 11

I’ve closed and reopened it many times.

It’s not there

sorry, can’t help you then, I’m on Mac.

You could try to find the plugins or their intended location with google or here:

The Guide wasn’t helpful because it says to do what I did… that is, run the installer. But after that it says NLP can be opened with the HotKey or File>Plugin. Neither worked.

I wish i could ask the company but I don’t see a way to contact them.

First, search the forum, others have had this issue and you might find ways to fix things.

Try a direct message to @nate: Click on the avatar and the blue message button…In your message, be specific, write what you did, what worked and what doesn’t, add full version numbers etc. The more pieces of the puzzle there are, the clearer the situation can get.

OK, thanks I’ll search for it

I am on Windows 11, and most others are on Macs.

This is what i

see under “File”

I found the problem. I installed Lightroom. I needed Lightroom Classic.

Now I just have to figure out how to use Lightroom Classic. Ugh.
