Your post does not help a lot in supporting you, so all I can do for the moment is to recommend reading the user guide.
For better support, you could provide the following information
- versions of NLP, Lightroom and OS you use
- what have you already done or tried in order to improve your situation.
If you’re at home in a language other than English, you could use e.g. deepl.com to write your post and have it translated to English.
