Remote deactivation failed

My previous PC failed and I was unable to deactivate my license. I tried remotely deactivating through Lemon Squeezy but a gray X shows up next to the cursor and nothing happens.

Anyone have any ideas?

I wanted to add that I’m having the same issue. I didn’t change anything, but NLP seems to have forgotten my login, again for probably the 100th time (which is a whole other issue that I thought the newest version was supposed to fix). Now NLP says I’m out of activations. I’ve followed the various instructions here and am unable to deactivate either of the two devices shown on LemonSqueezy. No response to the couple of emails I’ve sent. It’s been a couple of months…I’d sure like to be able to use NLP again.

I have this issue too. This is obviously something on LemonSqueezy’s end, so I tried contacting support, but they haven’t replied. It’s no wonder they have 1.2 stars on Trustpilot; it would be nice to change MoRs.

Me too! My computer crashed and needed to be reinstalled, but I cannot deactivate to get NLP working again.
I opened the browser tools and can see the request to delete the activation record is coming back with a 403 (Forbidden) - definitely seems broken at their end. I have also emailed them and sent a DM on Twitter, neither have received a response.

Sorry about this frustrating experience… the issue is with LemonSqueezy and I’ve been in contact with them, so hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon by LemonSqueezy though, as it is a pain for me to do manually, haha.

I’m open to suggestions of other Merchants of Record that handle tax remittance and licensing, and don’t charge an exorbitant fee… previously I was integrated with Gumroad, and would have stayed with them but they had a MAJOR price hike a few years ago, and they were missing some key features I wanted with licensing.

I’ve tried emailing that address several times and it keeps coming back as undeliverable. I’ve also tried DMing you on IG. I’m also having this problem with deactivating my licenses.

Checked my activities with lemonsqueezy and found that I had deactivated and reactivated a license this past December 30th. I logged in here:

Somehow, I’m not inclined to experiment under current caveats.

Make sure to log out every time you logged in.

After more than a week, I can confirm that this problem has been fixed by Lemon Squeezy.
