Stand Alone version please

Not everyone has Lightroom and those of us who have spent years (decades) learning other editing software (Corel, ACDSee, DXO Optics Pro etc) have no intention of starting over.
Is it possible to create a stand alone version?

Lightroom abandoned ? :joy:

“Classic” stand for desktop version (running on your computer). The other version is web based.
You probably doesn’t know Lightroom if you think it’s “just” a catalog tool that “sux”…

You understand I didn’t type any of that, correct? I only posted a link referring the OP to an older thread that already covers this topic.

Oops, sorry, I misread and thought that was your opinion !

You don’t really get what I said. Lightroom Classic doesn’t even get an interface lift while ACR is being actively buffed up. Bridge + ACR does most things LR classic does – respectively better too. Bridge is also introducing new workflows from raw development.

The is no really need for LR Classic any more and I as the interface updates are completely passive I would still bet that it will, sooner or later die – at least this would make senes.
