Hi everyone, I’m a new user and still trying to figure things out with this software. Really glad to be here!
I’m currently digitizing my film negatives using a digital camera and working with RAW files. But I’ve been running into a few bugs that have been pretty frustrating. I imagine Nate might take some time to respond via email, so I thought I’d ask here as well to see if anyone has encountered similar issues.
1. Sync / Copy & Paste functions not working properly
The Copy & Paste functions aren’t really working as expected.
When I click Copy, the parameter selection window pops up just fine. But when I switch to another photo, the Paste button is greyed out and can’t be clicked.
Occasionally, after successfully syncing a few photos, the Copy & Paste functions seem to work again.
But most of the time, even when I select a few photos from the same roll and try to Sync, nothing actually gets applied to the other images.
2. Missing Included Presets
I’ve seen a lot of YouTube tutorials and also confirmed with the person who recommended this software to me, but in my Settings, I don’t see any of the built-in presets like Kodak Gold, etc.
I’ve reinstalled the software several times but still no luck. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this?
3. Minor Issue – Deactivation screen
Not a big deal, but after reinstalling the software and trying to follow Nate’s instructions in a previous post to deactivate the device, I ran into the issue shown in the screenshot below. The software still works fine, but on my Invoice page it shows 0/2 devices activated.
Would really appreciate any advice or fixes if anyone has experienced similar problems.
