I just upgraded Negative Lab Pro and really like it. I am running Windows 10 and Lightroom Classic 8.3.1 (latest version). I can do everything without issue except for the Tiff Gamma Prep. It runs without error but when I open the new tiff file it displays a message saying that the file appears to be unsupported or damage. I can see the image but it is a mosaic with blocks as if the processing stopped before completing or something like that. The tiff files are large ~236 MB but I have 32GB of memory
