Hello,

Opening a new issue as the previous ones dont seem to contain anything that has helped me resolve this. Current LR version is 13.5 and NLP is at 3.0.2

So the images convert on my laptop, but not my workhorse desktop…

Ultimately the solution was a stupid one… fully reset my PC
