Bought this software today but having issues which I can’t get my head around as saying it’s disabled in the plugins? Anyone know what the problem could be?
Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

You might be able to activate the plugin in the “status” section where you might have deactivated by accident. Check out the buttons at the tip of the arrow:
BTW: your activation code shows in your screen capture. You’d probably want to hide at least parts of it.
Hi, thanks. It’s now changed to installed and running but how do I add plugin in the lightroom plug in manager
anyone know why?
This has been handled in other threads already.
The issue seems to mostly happen with Lightroom Classic 13.5 and macOS 14.6.1.
I solved this issue on my Mac by replacing LrC 13.5 by LrC 13.4
In CC go to your apps and click on the “…” do download and install version 13.4
Note: Before you downgrade, let Time Machine (or your favourite backup tool) do a backup.
