NLP v3 suddenly not working for me. I have a new Macbook Pro and am using Lightroom Classic. This has been an issue intermittently for a while but now I can’t get the plug in to open at all. Whether I select one image or the whole roll. I wasn’t able to upload a video of the issue but took a screenshot of what shows up. This loading bar flashes for a second, then disappears and nothing happens.
I have already tried: disabling and then enabling the plug in, restarting lightroom, restarting my computer, resetting lightroom settings, and uninstalling and reinstalling NLP v3 plug in. The issue is still the same. Please help! Would love any solutions.
Thanks,
Sam

Which versions of Lightroom Classic and macOS do you use?
I ask because there seem to be issues related to versions of LrC and macOS.
LrC 13.4 runs nicely on my Macs with macOS 14.7 and, as far as I’ve seen, macOS 15.
Thank you! I’m using Lightroom Classic 13.5.1 and MacOS 14.5. Do you think updating would help? I literally just purchased this macbook a couple months ago. I feel like I’ve tried everything available to me and nothing has solved the issue.
In all the cases I tested, downgrading Lightroom to version 13.4 helped.
On my Macs, NLP plugins are located in the following folder
- Mac > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Lightroom > Modules
Alternatively, you could try with a copy of the plugin located here
- Mac > Users > … > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Lightroom > Modules
Notes: … stands for your user account name. Restart Lightroom Classic and select the new copy of the plugin. Occasionally, I had to restart Lightroom a few times before the plugin worked as expected.
