NLP v3.0.2 won't open in LR Classic 14.1

Hey there—

Whenever I use the shortcut to try to open NLP, a small window flashes saying “Loading settings and metadata…” Then it disappears and no editing window pops up. Then at the bottom it says “(insert setting here) updated for 48 images.”

I am on a Mac, and have tried all the three fixes in forum topics with issues similar to this one. (Resetting LR preferences, fresh negatives, and exporting as catalog).

When I imported fresh negatives, I was able to work on single images in NLP. But when I selected a dozen, say, it did the above thing.

Any help? The whole thing was working yesterday with the same exact files.

Can you try this? Go to “File > Plugin Manager” and load the “Plugin Authors Tools” and enable “Reload plugin on each export.” This might be a cache issue, and if it is, that should fix it.

It’s more or less the same here, except on Windows 11 (up-to-date this week) rather than MAC OS. Lightroom CC V14.3. Sometimes, it works fine. Sometimes, it starts to load, stops, and a bar at the bottom of the screen says “NLP 2.3 Frontier S5 Updated XX images” (XX being the number of DNG files involved). Sometimes, it blinks so fast that I cannot read anything it is trying to communicate.
