I’ve been very eager to try out NLP with my new scanner, however, I haven’t even been able to get the trial to work in Lightroom. When I’m in the plug-in manager window in Lightroom, it says the NLP plug-in is installed but not working. Does anybody know how to remedy this issue or what might be causing it?
Do you still have the issue? Which versions of Lightroom, NegativeLab and macOS do you use?
I’m having the same problem.
1] I tried installing this on my primary LR4, OS X 10.10.5
2] its not the same machine as my email resides on
3] I tried installing it on another machine in my office, no luck.
Yeah, I’m running a legacy beast b/c it works, and I’m in no mood to give Adobe any more money after 30yrs.
[OK, boomer…]
Bottom line, if I can’t get this to install properly, no sale.
