NLP 2.2 Windows 10 and hardware graphic acceleration

Hi,
i disabled on LightRoom 10 the graphic hardware acceleration to use the new “white balance” function of NLP 2.2.
It worked as expected on LightRoom v9.x. Instead with the new rel 10 i always get to disable hardware acceleration when i press the color picker tool of NLP 2.2. (Windows 10 PRO on two identical workstations that have only a different graphic card: RX590 and RTX2060 … same behaviour)

Any ideas?
