I have just downloaded a trial of Negative Lab Pro and managed to process one negative but it won’t process any further negs, nothing happens. I have almost used up all my trial conversions and am reluctant now to purchase a license. Can any one advise, no error message appears. I am running it on a 64 bit pc with 32 Meg of ram and Windows 10.
Is it possible you are hitting the “apply” button rather than the “convert negatives” button? To convert the negatives, you need to hit “Convert Negatives.”
