An internal error has occurred. ?:0: attempt to index a nil value

I am getting a similar error on my Apple Silicon M2 Mac. I have tried downgrading LR, clearing out my catalog, reloading the NLP plugin… I can’t seem to find a solution.

NLP 3.0.2 and earlier need Rosetta 2 in order to run on Apple Silicon processors. Is Rosetta 2 installed on your Mac?

I’m on LRC 14.3.1 and downloaded the 3.1b7 from Dropbox but still getting errors, now: bad argument #1 to ‘pairs’ (table expected, got nil) or sometimes ^n does nothing or only picks up 21 of 36 images when all are selected. I’m on an intel mac

2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

what’s the current recommendation? downgrade LR? hoping to avoid needing to

Also having issues. LRC 14.3.1 and NLP 3.0.2.

3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
MacOS Sequoia 15.5

Any fixes? Conversions are down to basically zero, can’t run a single negative without getting this error.

Try downloading and installing the v3.1 beta download on the v3.1 announcement page.

That update should be dramatically improve this for Mac Intel users (or eliminate all together depending on your system). Also, even if an image in a batch does fail, it will fail way more gracefully.
