Converted photos after resetting PC are not the same as before

I’ve just reset my PC and imported my lightroom classic catalog. All images look as they did before, but when loading the full resolution image the colors and exposure shift significantly. Reconverting the negative works, but I lose all of my adjustments and is not feasible to do to my whole catalogue.

Why is this happening?

Using the exact same versions of Lightroom and NLP (v2.1.2) as before.

Seems like a similar issue to here
I really hope there is a way to redo this without the CameraRaw profiles as I no longer have this file…

I’ve seen similar results of my own but on new scans where most of the roll looks fine but a few looks way off. I only started seeing this around December/ January so it might be linked to a Lightroom update because I’ve not experienced it before but the results I’m talking about are similar to yours and in these posts. Very inconsistent results in the same roll - Digital Camera Scanning - Film Community at Negative Lab Pro, Colors are off, what should I do? - Image Editing Help - Film Community at Negative Lab Pro,

I’m still on Lightroom Classic version 13.4 because all the newer releases weren’t cooperating nicely with NLP 3.0.2.

I used to expose all negatives individually and have just recently tested with exposing everything with the same settings. One of the films had two photos that looked different, even after white balancing, they had a slightly orange appearance. Converting with and without roll analysis did not change the results: they were similar to what we see in @rjand 's post.

Those images converted to much better colours when I took the WB from deep shadows in the images rather than from the film base. :man_shrugging:

I haven’t updated lightroom. Pretty sure its because I didn’t backup the camera raw profiles. All the profiles are missing in my catalogue.

Don’t think there’s a way to fix this.
