Getting 'Color 2.0' error when converting negatives

Hi, I’m using negative lab pro with Lightroom Classic for the first time and am getting this message when trying to convert a negative:

… as we were trying to run the AutoColor 2.0 script.

Command:

“/Users/shelbyroyston/Documents/PLUGINS/NegativeLabPro.lrplugin/mac/magick” “/Users/shelbyroyston/Documents/PLUGINS/NegativeLabPro.lrplugin/previews/00001.tif” -profile “/Users/shelbyroyston/Documents/PLUGINS/NegativeLabPro.lrplugin/profiles/ProPhoto.icc” -gravity Center -crop 90x90%+0+0 +repage -bl…

Error Message:

sh: /Users/shelbyroyston/Documents/PLUGINS/NegativeLabPro.lrplugin/mac/magick: No such file or directory

Exit Status: 32512

Can anyone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? Thanks

Hey!

Seems something went wrong with the installation of the plugin. As your Mac complains about missing files/folders, I’d try to reinstall LNP and see if the error persists.

Fingers crossed!

Hi,

Hmm, that is strange. Did you run the included Installer to installer NLP? Or did you try install manually some how? I see that the Negative Lab Pro plugin is not in the folder that the installer should have put it in.
