I see the Nikon Z8 now does pixel shift and can create up to a 180MP NEFX file via NX Studio.
Has anyone tried this on a negative?
Does NLP handle NEFX files?
This article says that Adobe can now convert NEFX into a DNG so maybe that will work.

Do you have such a file that you could share? I suppose that the file needs to go through wetransfer.com, dropbox etc, the forum allows smaller attachments only.
Yeah, that would be interesting, though I suspect that you need to export tiff from Nikon studio for each pixel to have proper read from pixel shift. Not sure if Lightroom will do it - it may just use one of four images to demosaic , essentially discarding pixel shift info, but I am wild guessing here . Yeah, would really appreciate the raw file to look at. Thanks!
