Hi when I load up NLP in my settings on my desktop Mac I do not see he film profiles loaded. When I check my laptop I see them. Is there something wrong with the installation?

Similar issues have been handled in the forum already. Please search for respective posts.
One thing you can do too is to verify access rights of the highlighted folder that you’ll find in your user account Library folder. The Library folder is hidden by default, but you can unhide it by pressing shift-command-period or by checking a box in the window by pressing command-J when your home is selected in the Finder sidebar.
As a new user, you cannot attach more than one file yet, but you could post a screen capture of the infobox showing the access rights of the folder.
