Vuescan DNG issue - OS Catalina, LR 9.3

Hi!
I have a sudden issue with Vuescan DNG scans.
When I attempt to run Update Vuescan/Silverfast DNGs i get the following message:

When I select Run Utility Anyway option and the Read Metadata from File it then indicates that the NegativeLab 2.1 profile is missing (it isn’t available to select manually either).

Nothing has changed in my scanning workflow however I did update the Vuescan software prior to this to version 9.7.30.

Any thoughts?

I’ve just noticed that the DNG version is now 1.4 in the Metadata panel where the previous scans were 1.1

Not sure if that makes a difference
